Booking Conditions
1. BOOKINGS
TV commercial, photo shooting (including any kind of product and clothing catalogue, etc.).
- Full day - 8 working hours
- Half day - 4 working hours
- Minimum booking - 2 hours for stills, 4 hours for television past 15 minutes charged as half hour.
Over 30 minutes charged as one hour.
2. RATES
All model rates are published separately, and apply to shooting time only. All other usage is to be negotiated beforehand with the agency, re-use for a period exceeding one year without authorization shall be billed automatically.
3. LINGERIE / UNDERWEAR
Client must specify the type of lingerie at time of booking and these sessions must be done on a closed set.
Night gowns, full slips will be charged time and half.
Bras, panties, body stockings and sheer lingerie will be charged double.
4. HAIR / MAKE UP / PREP TIME
Considered as part of shooting time.
5. TRAVEL TIME
Travel time to be charged at half the model's hourly rate.
Whenever models are required to be at location outside of Taipei City, the client is responsible for traveling and transportation fee.
When traveling overseas, client is responsible for all unavoidable expense; visa, transport, meals, insurance, etc.
6. FITTING AND WARDROBE CHECK
- First hour - free of charge on full day's booking.
- Second hour onward - hourly fitting rate.
- Shopping time - maximum 3 hours
A rental fee is required on specific wardrobe from the model.
7. INTERVIEW FITTINGS
If a model tried on more than two sets of garments, it will be considered a "fitting job" and will be charged at hourly rate.
8. CASTING
- First casting - free of charge
- Second casting - Please pay the taxi fee if not confirmed.
- Third casting
- Areas outside the city the client will be charged for each model.
9. OPTIONS ON BOOKINGS
If the client does not release or confirm bookings 24 hours in advance, the Agency reserves the right to cancel.
10. WEATHER PERMIT BOOKINGS / POSTPONEMENT
The "Weather permit" option must be stated at time of booking. Postponement requires more than 24 hours notice, otherwise a 50% charge will be made.
- First postponement - on fee if job is rescheduled within 7 days.
- Second postponement - half fee
- Third postponement - full fee
11. CANCELLATIONS
Confirmed bookings cancelled upon signing of agreement : half fee
Same day or on arrival - full fee.
The period of cancellation to the length of the booking for overseas trips and long booking.
12. RESTRICTIONS ON A MODEL
A special fee will apply when the work is in connection with a product which precludes work for competing products. It is the client's responsibility to check product bookings with us for conflicts.
13. VOUCHERS
Job vouchers must be accurately completed and signed by the client, any discrepencies should be settled before a voucher is signed.
14. INSURANCE
Clients are advised to provide insurance cover for models working on locations both local and overseas.
15. TRADING TERMS
Strictly thirty (30) days, no claim will be recognized after 7 days from the date of issue of invoice.
16. INDEMNITY
The agency acts for and on behalf of the models and whilst making every endeavor to provide a satisfactory and efficient service, we cannot be held ultimately responsible for a model's conduct on an assignment.
